How does the Hr admin approve the address proof request?

Introduction:

HRMS is an indigenous application that helps the Organization to accumulate and maintain Human Resource data. This document describes how a staff requests address proof.

Getting Started:

Access Human Resource Management System

  • Open an internet browser (Recommended to use Google Chrome)

  • Type https://my.amrita.edu/ and click enter

  • Login with your amrita email id and password.

  • Click HUMAN RESOURCES.


To approve the address proof requests

  • Click on the Address Proof request from the side menu


  • Click on the Request List from the submenu


  • The requests that created by the staff will be listed on the page.


  • The HR admin can approve the request by clicking on the button.

  • The HR admin can reject the request by clicking on the button.

  • The HR admin can view and download the address proof by clicking on the button.
